There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Us may be returned.
- No Refunds on Clearance Sale Stock
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. You must purchase a tracking number and signature on delivery no postage will be refunded on the original parcel or the returned parcel.
- Refunds will be processed once goods have been received and in conditions stated above. Depending on bank transfers refunds should be received the following business day.

Firstly please email or call us to let us know you will be returning the product.
Please then print and include with your item a copy of the Invoice and send to:

Please remember to ensure that the item you are returning is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. You must send items back with a tracking number and signature on delivery provided at your own expense. We will not refund any postage costs on the return or the original parcel sent.
