    How much will I pay for delivery?

    Orders have a shipping and handling fee of Standard Post $11 and Express Post $14.95 within Australia a tracking number will be supplied to you on dispatch notification email.

    Standard Post – $11 or Express – $14.95 Australia Post (you will receive tracking number) Australia Post standard procedure – safe drop – if it looks safe, Australia Post will leave the parcel at your premises.

    Large orders and all fully sewn flags will have a signature on delivery. All orders going to units also will have a signature on delivery as our standard practice.

    Download the Australia Post app use the same email address you used to place the order and your tracking will appear in the app. Australia Post do not leave red cards anymore for missed deliveries. Use your tracking number provided in your email notification from Your Flag.

    Once your order has been placed we are unable to add to or change your order this includes your delivery address. Please make sure you enter the correct information as we will not be held liable for your mistake. We dispatch orders very quickly as soon as the order comes in we are packing it.

    To keep your items safe we suggest you to use a PO Box, Parcel Locker if you have one, or update your letter box to a modern lockable Parcel box so you have piece of mind to accept deliveries when you are not at your shipping address. Your Flag will not be held liable for missing parcels that Australia Post states and investigates that has been delivered.

    How soon will my order be shipped?

    At YourFlag we keep an extensive range of flags, so your order will be sent same business day (mon-fri) if you have ordered before 12 Midday. Any orders received after midday will be  shipped the next business day. We dispatch from Brisbane QLD. If you use a payment method other than the credit card, your order will be shipped once payment has been received. Please check your emails for your tracking number for Australia Post.

    Do flags come with a warranty?

    No, unfortunately there is no such thing as an indestructible flag. If there was such a flag YourFlag would sell it. We recommend taking great care with flags no matter the size or the materiel it is made from. Time and weather will always destroy a flag. We suggest not leaving any flag on a flag pole overnight . Do not leave up in strong winds or rain. The flag will always deteriorate rapidly if you leave a flag up in poor conditions. The Sun will also do damage. There are too many factors to give an exact lifespan of flags.

    Do you ship outside of Australia?

    YourFlag only offers delivery throughout Australia at the prices listed.

    Do you make custom flags?

    Unfortunately we do not make custom flags. All of our flags are online that we keep in stock.

    I cant find a particular flag on the website?

    First type in the search bar on our website for the flag you are looking for. If it does not show up, we do not sell it.

    We are an online flag business only. Not a physical shop. All our products are based in Brisbane QLD and we dispatch each business day. If your order is urgent, make sure you select Express Post this will be the quickest option. We do not use couriers, please do not ask us as this will be politely declined.
