At YourFlag we keep an extensive range of flags, so your order will be sent same business day (mon-fri) if you have ordered before 12 Midday. Any orders received after midday will be  shipped the next business day. If you use a payment method other than the credit card, your order will be shipped once payment has been received. Please check your emails for your tracking number for Australia Post.

No, unfortunately there is no such thing as an indestructible flag. If there was such a flag YourFlag would sell it. We recommend taking great care with flags no matter the size or the materiel it is made from. Time and weather will always destroy a flag. We suggest not leaving any flag on a flag pole overnight . Do not leave up in strong winds or rain. The flag will always deteriorate rapidly if you leave a flag up in poor conditions. The Sun will also do damage. There are too many factors to give an exact lifespan of flags.

Unfortunately we do not make custom flags. All of our flags are online that we keep in stock.

YourFlag accepts returns within 14 days (no returns or refunds on custom flags). We do not refund shipping costs on parcels that have been sent. Flags must be returned in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging. The refund will be made by either direct debit or as online payment refund to your paypal account or credit card. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
